Our project aimed to transform four blank canvases into attractive and rentable living spaces while adhering to a conservative budget, striking a balance between functionality and elegance to attract high-quality tenants and optimise rental income for our real estate investor client. The final design successfully achieved this balance, reducing vacancy periods and increasing rental income.
